Booking Conditions

All bookings made with us are confirmed subject to acceptance of the fair trade agreement below.

GoNorthCyprus.com is operated by GoNorthCyprus Travel Ltd.

1 Reservations

Only reservation submitted via our website are accepted. Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us.

2 Payments

We accept payments by card and wire transfer. Unless otherwise noted, you will be billed the full amount.
The charge appears on your credit card under the name "North Cyprus Travel".

3 Hotel Check In and Check Out times

Unless otherwise noted, check-in time for all hotels is 14:00 hrs and check-out time for all hotels is 12:00 hrs.
If you arrive before the check-in time or depart after the check-out time, you are fully responsible for any extra charges incurred by the hotel.

4 Airport Transfers

You are responsible for informing us about flight delays. Although the taxi driver is likely to wait for you, we cannot guarantee that they will do so. In the event that your flight is delayed and we have not been informed beforehand, and the taxi driver leaves the airport, we are unable to refund your airport transfer cost since we will have to pay the taxi driver.

5 Amendments/alterations to a booking by you (the client)

We will do our best to accomodate any changes but cannot guarantee to do so, as this may depend on the availability.
Date alterations requested within 30 days of your arrival date will be interpreted as a cancellation combined with a new booking and are subject to cancellation charges below.
Date alteration requests to move your booking ahead of 90 days will be interpreted as a cancellation combined with a new booking and are subject to cancellation charges below.

6 Cancellation by you, the Client

Cancellation of your booking may be made any time but must be done in writing and made by the person who filled the booking form.
The cancellation charges will depend on the time your written notification is received and it will be levied as below:

Package Holidays  
The individual parts of the package holiday are refunded as per the following structure:
   
Hotel Bookings

More than 56 days 85% is refunded
56 to 31 days 70% is refunded
30 to 21 days 50% is refunded
20 to 01 days No refund is given
   
Flights  
Because we have to pay the airlines at the time of the booking, no refund can be given on flight cancellations.
   
Airport Transfers

More than 5 days 100% is refunded
5 to 1 days No refund is given

7 Cancellation or amendment by us (The Company)

We reserve the right to cancel your hotel booking, if and only if we were mistakenly informed by the hotel owner that there was availability and later on informed that there was no availability. We will not provide any compensations for any cancellations made by us and your credit card will be refunded the full amount.

8 Quarterly Email Newsletters

We will send you our quarterly newsletter which you may unsubscribe from easily by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the newsletter. Your email address is never shared or sold to any other company.
Should you wish to never receive our first newsletter, please note this in the comments section of the reservation form.

9 Jurisdiction

This contract is subject and should be interpreted under the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Courts.
