"Functional and cheap"
I'm a keen backpacker and always on the lookout for new places to explore on a budget. I came across the Bristol Hotel on the GoNorthCyprus website and just couldn't resist for the price, so I booked a week away. Yes the hotel is very basic but that's why it's so cheap and for me, it was sufficient. The room was clean and well kept, other than a place to turn in for the night I spent very little time here. hotel is in a really good location in the heart of town, ideal for getting to know the area. I did use the bar once or twice and the prices were reasonable. The harbour is on the doorstep and there are regular buses if you want to explore further out, there are some amazing beaches over in Karaoglanoglu. Overall I was pleased with the price and the service I received.

If you're looking for a cheap, no-frills break, the Bristol is a great option. My friend and I booked a break here to explore Girne and were really pleased with the price we received through gonorthcyprus.com. When we arrived we were welcomed by the staff and settled in nicely, yes the room is very basic but it's clean and functional. The beds are comfortable and there are toiletries in the bathroom. worked fine although the lighting is quite dim. It's a place to rest your head every night and enjoy exploring during the day. The whole hotel is very well kept and the staff are polite and helpful. Decent breakfast every morning and nice to be able to eat outside on the terrace. The location is superb, it's very central so easy to get around and really see the sights - this was a priority for us. Overall we were very pleased with our stay at the Bristol.

"Excellent value, basic budget hotel"
I chose the Bristol Hotel for its location - the central spot was perfect for me as I wanted to explore Kyrenia without having to rely on costly taxis all the time. Staying at the Bristol meant I could get around largely on foot. I booked a break with gonorthcyprus and was pleased to find transfers included. The hotel is very basic but clean - no frills and the decor is dated, could do with a bit of attention...
but fine for me. Also, the staff are all very pleasant and polite, providing advice and information and generally being very friendly. For the price I don't think you can complain - the location is superb and from the balcony you can enjoy amazing views of the harbour and the prom. Breakfast is also more than adequate for filling up ahead of a day of sightseeing. I would recommend.
