"Hi,
We have just returned from our holiday at the Malpas Hotel. We know that there were several comments regarding the food. We would just like to confirm that the food at breakfast was cold most days and we did complain and the next day it improved and then was cold again. Evening meal was luke warm and repetitive but none of us were ill so that says something. On the last few days we ate at the jazz/grill bar and had to pay but the food was fabulous wish we had realised earlier. The highlight of the holiday was the brilliant staff at the hotel they went out of their way to make our holiday fantastic. The first night we were put into executive suites as our rooms were not available and they were superb. The young lady on reception Alisa went out of her way through out the holiday to make sure we had lovely rooms after that. Just like to thank you for your service that you provided and the transfers from and to the airport were prompt and the driver was superb. We had no problems at the border which we were all concerned about he did everything to make the journey comfortable and carefree. Once again thank you and will recommend you to friends and family should they wish to holiday in Northern Cyprus.
