1 ReservationsYour booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us.
- We accept payments by card and wire transfer. Unless otherwise noted, you will be billed the full amount.
- The charge appears on your credit card under the name "North Cyprus Travel".
3 ATOL Financial Protection CoverWhen you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong. We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative. You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable). If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme. Please beware that ATOL protection does not apply to the following holiday services: Accomodation only bookings, car hire only bookings and transfer only bookings.
4 Hotel Check In and Check Out timesUnless otherwise noted, check-in time for all hotels is 14:00 hrs and check-out time for all hotels is 12:00 hrs. If you arrive before the check-in time or depart after the check-out time, you are fully responsible for any extra charges incurred by the hotel.
5 Airport TransfersYou are responsible for informing us about flight delays. Although the taxi driver is likely to wait for you, we cannot guarantee that they will do so. In the event that your flight is delayed and we have not been informed beforehand, and the taxi driver leaves the airport, we are unable to refund your airport transfer cost since we will have to pay the taxi driver.
6 Amendments/alterations to a booking by you (the client)
- We will do our best to accomodate any changes but cannot guarantee to do so, as this may depend on the availability.
- An admininstration fee of £20 per booking will be applied to any changes after your booking is confirmed.
7 Cancellation by you, the ClientCancellation of your booking may be made any time but must be done in writing and made by the person who filled the booking form. The cancellation charges will depend on the time your written notification is received and it will be levied as below:
Package HolidaysThe individual parts of the package holiday are refunded as per the following structure:
Days prior to check-in
- More than 30 days
- 30 to 01 days
- 70% is refunded
- No refund is given
FlightsBecause we have to pay the airlines at the time of the booking, no refund can be given on flight cancellations.
Days prior to transfer
- More than 5 days
- 5 to 1 days
- 100% is refunded
- No refund is given
8 Cancellation or amendment by us (The Company)We reserve the right to cancel your hotel booking, if and only if we were mistakenly informed by the hotel owner that there was availability and later on informed that there was no availability. We will not provide any compensations for any cancellations made by us and your credit card will be refunded the full amount.
9 Force majeureIn the event of force majeure cases where extraordinary events beyond of control happen, such as a war, strike, riot, crime or an epidemic, we reserve the right to apply a reasonable administration fee before processing a refund.
10 Quarterly Email Newsletters
- We will send you our quarterly newsletter which you may unsubscribe from easily by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the newsletter. Your email address is never shared or sold to any other company.
- Should you wish to never receive our first newsletter, please note this in the comments section of the reservation form.
11 Price ValidityWe can only guarantee our prices for UK passport holders.
12 JurisdictionThis contract is subject and should be interpreted under the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Courts.
