Booking Conditions

All bookings made with us are confirmed subject to acceptance of the fair trade agreement below.

  1. Reservations

    Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us.

  2. Payments

    We accept payments by debit card or credit cards.

    The charge appears on your credit card under the name "Cyprus Premier Holidays Limited".

  3. Hotel Check In and Check Out times

    Unless otherwise noted, check-in time for all hotels is 14:00 hrs and check-out time for all hotels is 12:00 hrs.

    If you arrive before the check-in time or depart after the check-out time, you are fully responsible for any extra charges incurred by the hotel.

  4. Airport Transfers

    For missed connecting flights with Turkish Airlines or Pegasus it is ESSENTIAL that you TEXT/CALL us with your new flight number to rearrange your hotel transfer on:

    We will not reimburse any private taxi fares if you fail to inform us of the missed connection.

    Please also use these numbers if you are delayed for any other reason (lost/damaged luggage, immigration/passport control). The transfer agents will wait approximately 1 hour to collect you.

    Please be advised that it may be necessary to do ONLINE CHECK IN and to complete API.

  5. Amendments or Changes to Your Booking

    If you need to make changes to your booking, we’ll always do our best to help.

    Please note that amendments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

    Once your booking has been confirmed, a £50 administration fee per booking will apply to any changes made.

  6. Cancellation by you, the Client

    All cancellations must be made in writing by the lead passenger or your travel agent. Cancellation charges apply based on when we receive your notice:

    Cancellation charges are based on the total holiday cost and become payable immediately. If your deposit does not cover the charge, the remaining balance must be paid.

    Non-refundable flights (including baggage and extras) will be charged at 100%.

    No refunds are given after departure for any unused or part-used services.

    Some arrangements may be non-refundable once confirmed and may incur up to 100% cancellation charges.

    You may be able to reclaim cancellation costs through your travel insurance, if covered.

    You may cancel without charge only if your holiday is significantly affected by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, in line with UK Foreign Office advice. In this case, a full refund will be provided.

  7. If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday

    a) Changes Made by Us

    We plan holidays well in advance, so sometimes small changes are necessary.

    Minor changes may include flight time changes of under 12 hours, a different aircraft or airline, or moving you to accommodation of the same or higher standard, or a different airport in the same area.

    These do not qualify for compensation, but we will let you know.

    If we need to make a significant change (such as changing your destination or downgrading your accommodation), we will inform you as soon as possible. You can then choose to:

    • Accept the change
    • Accept an alternative holiday of a similar standard (with any price difference refunded or paid)
    • Cancel your holiday and receive a full refund

    Unless the change is due to circumstances beyond our control, compensation may be payable as follows:

    No compensation is payable for minor changes, changes made more than 42 days before departure, or if the change is due to non-payment.

    b) Cancellation by Us

    We will not normally cancel your holiday within 8 weeks of departure, unless:

    • You do not pay the balance on time
    • Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur

    If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or an alternative holiday of similar standard (with any price difference refunded). Compensation may be paid as follows, unless the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control:

    If you miss your outbound flight, we may cancel the remaining arrangements, including your return flight, with no refund.

    Fraud or illegal payment activity allows us to cancel immediately without refund or compensation.

    Circumstances Beyond Our Control

    These include events such as war, strikes, severe weather, airport or airspace closures, epidemics, natural disasters, security risks, government travel warnings, or unavoidable technical issues.

  8. Email Newsletters

    We will send you our newsletter which you may unsubscribe from easily by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the newsletter.

    Your email address is never shared or sold to any other company.

    Should you wish to never receive our first newsletter, please note this in the comments section of the reservation form.

  9. Price Validity

    We can only guarantee our prices for UK passport holders.
