Ruimte om te ontspannen tijdens uw vakantie
U kunt kiezen uit luxe kamers in het hotel, of uit studiovilla's en bungalows in de weelderige groene tuinen, met twee verdiepingen en de slaapkamer op de galerij. De kamers van het Altinkaya hotel zelf zijn allemaal gelijkvloers en beschikken over een eigen badkamer, airconditioning, minibar en satelliet-tv. De studiovilla's liggen in de ruime tuinen en geven u uw eigen ruimte in de Noord Cypriotische zon.
De residentiebungalows, naast het hotel, zijn bijzonder populair bij jongere gezinnen, groepen en alleenstaanden. Elke bungalow heeft een apart woongedeelte en een kleine kitchenette met koelkast.

Het open ontbijtbuffet in het Altinkaya Holiday Village is een lust voor het oog en de smaakpapillen en wordt geserveerd in het Armonia-restaurant van het hotel. s Avonds staat dit a la carte restaurant bekend om zijn Turks Cypriotische keuken, met een diner op het dak en een prachtig uitzicht op de fonkelende lichten van de kustlijn beneden en de verlichtte Bellapais Abdij.

Geniet van live muziek entertainment 's zomers, tijdens de BBQ op donderdag. Alleen in de lobby en op de hotelkamers is gratis Wifi beschikbaar.
Een kleine wandeling naar de plaatselijke bars en restaurants
Het Altinkaya Holiday Village ligt op slechts 10 minuten lopen van de lokale restaurants en bars in het nabijgelegen Ozanköy en Kyrenia, zodat u in de warme zomeravonden naar huis kunt wandelen en bespaart op de taxitarieven! De nabijgelegen wijk Karakum is een opkomend gebied voor restaurants, dus u kunt uit eten gaan zonder het gedoe en de prijzen van Kyrenia stad.
5 Minuten rijden naar het mooie Bellapais
Het hotel ligt op een geweldige locatie, op slechts enkele autominuten van Bellapais, maar toch op loopafstand van Kyrenia. U kunt de sfeervolle ruïnes van de abdij van Bellapais bezichtigen, of onder de Boom van Ledigheid gaan zitten en dineren in een van de uitstekende restaurants in het dorp Bellapais, allemaal slechts met een korte taxirit naar boven.
Snelle en gemakkelijke transfers

"Cheap, cheerful getaway"
We spotted the Altinkaya Holiday Resort on the gonorthcyprus website and thought it was a nice looking hotel with attractive pool area. We booked in and on arrival were impressed by how appealing the hotel looks. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. Our room was functional and clean but could benefit from a touch up to freshen the look. We slept well in the bed. We stayed on a bed and breakfast...
basis and found the morning meal sufficiently set us up for each day, we didn't eat in for lunch or tea so can't comment on those meals. There's a diner down the road that seemed popular and plenty of great places to eat in Kyrenia, the hotel runs a convenient shuttle into town a few times a day. All in all a good value, no frills getaway.

"Our third visit to the Altinkaya, good as ever"
My husband and I have visited the Altinkaya three times now with GoNorthCyprus. Gary looks after us very well and arranges our transfers to and from the hotel, which is very helpful. We've made some friends at the hotel, other older couples like us who we see there regularly. The hotel has a homely feel and staff all work very hard to keep the guests happy, which we are! enjoyed the pool, there are always some sunbeds free and the atmosphere is relaxed. It's easy enough to take the hotel shuttle into town for sightseeing although it is possible to walk, not sure our old legs would manage it though so we always take the bus. Good breakfast in the morning and other meals were also much enjoyed. We hope to return for our fourth visit next year!

"Another wonderful break at the Altinkaya"
Just returned from our second stay at the Altinkaya, booked both times through gonorthcyprus. It is fast becoming our favourite place for an out of season break, the staff are so welcoming and we always have a wonderful time. fact we stayed for lunch and dinner on several days and were impressed not only by the standard of cooking but also by the brilliant variety of meals on offer. The pool area is pleasant and there's also a library if the weather is a bit chilly. The towels in our room were changed regularly and the shower was hot and efficient - a bonus! We love the Altinkaya.
